Ownership, done patiently
FUN & WIN ApS was established as a Danish private limited company (Anpartsselskab) on 23 November 2006 and is registered in the Central Business Register (CVR) under number 30075862. From the beginning the idea was straightforward: use our own capital to own good businesses and durable assets, and hold them for the long term.
We are not a fund and we do not manage other people’s money. That independence is deliberate. It means we can be patient, take the long view, and back people and businesses through the ups and downs that every real company goes through.
Today we operate as a holding and investment company across a focused set of areas — active ownership of operating companies, consumer & leisure, real estate and selective long-term equity — always as an engaged, supportive owner.
