We are owners, not traders.
FUN & WIN ApS was formed in 2006 as a holding company. Our purpose is simple: to own well-run businesses and durable assets, to support the people who run them, and to compound value quietly over many years. We use only our own capital, so we are never forced to buy or sell on someone else’s clock.

We invest the company’s own balance sheet — not a fund with an exit deadline. That lets us hold good businesses for as long as they keep earning their place.

Questions we’re often asked
No. We are a private holding company that invests its own capital. We do not raise money from the public, we do not manage money for others, and we do not offer any investment product, fund or financial service. Nothing on this website is an offer of securities or investment advice.
Well-run companies and durable assets in consumer & leisure, trade & services and real estate, where a patient long-term owner is genuinely useful. We consider whole companies as well as majority and minority stakes.
As long as it makes sense. We have no fund life or exit deadline, so a good business can stay in the family for many years. Our default assumption is a long hold.
